The Westinghouse WH5P02SS is a 5 piece stainless steel pot and pan set with an impact bonded base, heavy duty riveted handles and tempered glass lids with steam vents. It suits households setting up a new kitchen or replacing everyday cookware with one matching set.
The set includes a 26cm frypan, 16cm and 18cm saucepans with lids, and 20cm and 24cm casserole pots with lids. The cookware works on induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen cooktops, and the pots and pans with glass lids can go in the oven up to a maximum of 180°C.
Care is straightforward: the stainless steel pots and pans are dishwasher safe and do not need seasoning. Westinghouse notes that the cookware is not microwave safe, and recommends avoiding abrasive scourers on the pans and abrasive cloths or sponges on the glass lids.
