Choosing a bar or wine fridge

Bar fridges keep drinks cold. Wine fridges hold wine at cellaring or serving temperatures, which are warmer than a food fridge and not suitable for perishable food. Dual zone models keep two temperature ranges. Bottle capacities are usually quoted for standard Bordeaux bottles, so allow for larger bottles. If you're building one under a bench, choose a model designed for underbench installation.
