Choosing a large wall oven

A wide single cavity suits large roasting dishes and batch baking. If you'd rather cook two dishes at different temperatures, a double oven may suit you better. Wider ovens need a matching cut-out, and some need a higher-capacity circuit, so check the installation specifications before you order.
