The Bosch Series 6 HRG572EB3A is a 60cm black pyrolytic oven with added steam, a 71L cavity and 8 heating functions. Steam helps food come out crispy outside and juicy inside, and the AirFry function, 15 AutoPilot programmes and telescopic rails add everyday convenience.

Added Steam: By adding steam, foods turn out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Cooking results with the use of our classic heating mode improve when moisture is added. Steam prevents drying, providing that food comes crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Reheated dishes also taste better. The water tank integrated into the front panel of the oven can be easily removed for refilling or cleaning.

3D Hotair: Even heat distribution for perfect results on up to three levels.

Now you can bake a batch of goodies, like cookies, on up to three levels simultaneously. The 3D Hotair fan distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout the interior.

Pyrolytic self-cleaning: Less cleaning effort thanks to automatic self-cleaning.

Cleaning the oven by hand can be both exhausting and time-consuming. Our ovens with pyrolytic self-cleaning let you save yourself this task for good. Remove any loose remnants, select the cleaning program and press “Start”. Your oven is burning away grease or food residues. Thus, no chemicals are needed. Once the oven has cooled down, remove remaining ash and other possible residues - and you’re done. So you can enjoy more time savouring the results and less time cleaning up.

AirFry Function with tray: For perfectly fried foods, such as vegetables and chips.

The 1-level telescopic rails make it safer and easier to handle your dishes. You can pull out the baking tray to check or remove food without reaching into the hot oven, giving you better access and comfort while cooking.


AutoPilot 15: Perfect results with 15 pre-set automatic programmes.

With AutoPilot 15, you can achieve reliably great results with minimal effort. Simply select one of the 15 automatic programmes, enter the dish weight, and press Start. AutoPilot automatically sets the heating mode, temperature and cooking time—and switches off when finished. Some dishes may require ovenware with a lid to keep the interior clean. Cooking couldn’t be simpler.
