Artusi 80cm Built-In BBQ ABBQM2

The Artusi ABBQM2 is an 80cm built-in barbecue made from AS316 stainless steel, which Artusi rates as suitable for outdoor and ocean-front environments. It is available in natural gas or LPG pre-set and is sold as the BBQ body, with the ABBQMH2 roasting dome or ABBQMF2 slimline flat lid available separately. With the flat lid fitted it is approved for use in enclosed entertaining and dining spaces.

Three stainless steel burners with flame failure deliver 39 MJ/h in total (10.83kW, European tested). The interchangeable cooking surface has one solid cast iron removable grill plate and one cast iron flat hotplate, both with self-locking notches, and the hotplate is anti-warp engineered.

Automatic piezo ignition is powered by a concealed D cell battery and the control knobs are mounted on the side. A removable grease container, a front catcher with a drain system and an oil/fat reservoir keep cleaning simple. The body is 830mm wide and 540mm deep and needs an 800 x 505mm cut-out.
