The SAM34XI is a 34L Inverter Microwave Grill With Grill from Smeg. The addition of Inverter technology allows for cooking, reheating and defrosting at different power levels. Traditional microwave ovens only operate at full power, regardless of the power percentage selected. With inverter technology, the power level selected is the power level achieved. This level of control results in more even cooking and reheating and defrosting without cooked edges. You can also keep food warm, simmer and slow cook with impressive results.
