The Prime Fresh+ feature locks in the nutrients and flavour of your meat and seafood by ‘soft freezing’ it at -3°C. This forms a seal which helps retain freshness for about 7 days*³ while also eliminating the inconvenience of waiting for your ingredients to defrost before cooking.

Food stored in the Prime Fresh+ drawer reduces leaching of its natural moisture, help retain its flavour and texture for longer. When stored at -3°C gaps open between cells to help seasonings penetrate the surface quicker.
